Refund policy

At Levora Beirut, every watch is carefully selected, inspected, and packaged before dispatch. We take pride in the quality of every timepiece we deliver. All sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons unrelated to product damage or defects.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully placed and processed.

  • Please carefully review your watch selection, order details, and delivery information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at levorabeirut@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected watch.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items returned without prior approval or outside the 3-day reporting period may not be accepted.
