Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include the original packaging and any accessories provided with the watch.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item sent by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
